Our lovely client Michelle Lush, at Luxe Liquor Co, had a vision for a wine-based citrus spritzer that would bring the colours, flavours and laid-back spirit of the Mediterranean to a new generation of Australian drinkers.
Introducing Mezzello Spritz, inspired by sun-soaked coastlines, social summer moments and the simple pleasure of slowing down. Mezzello Spritz was created to transport you to your favourite Euro Summer holiday — no passport required.
Each flavour takes you to a different corner of the Mediterranean, drawing inspiration from the local citrus fruit, landscapes and character of its coastline. Mezzello is brought to life through vibrant illustration and premium finishes, creating a visual identity of bright citrus colours, playful storytelling and bold typography. The result is a distinctive range designed to stand out, feel fresh and connect with young Aussie drinkers in laid-back social occasions.

The name “Mezzello” is a fusion of ‘Mediterranean’ and ‘Limoncello’, capturing the brand’s playful, memorable and distinctly European character.
Created for “people who enjoy a little sunshine”, Mezzello invites young adults to escape into the familiar flavours and feeling of a sun-drenched Euro Summer.
